1999 base: This red/white design accompanied the 1999 red/blue & brown passenger issue. As with all other classes, the plates were county coded (see Nebraska county codes page).
(red/reflective white) Hall County m-sealed $5.00 "8 2094" (10201)
2002 base: This black/white design accompanied the 2002 sand hill cranes passenger issue. Like the passenger version, all but the three largest counties continued using the county coding system (see Nebraska county codes page), while Douglas County (#1), Lancaster County (#2), and Sarpy County (#59) used a "AAA000" format with no county coding indication on the plate. Also like the passenger version, in early 2005, the state converted to a flat version of this design, keeping all the plate number specifications explained above.
ns (black/reflective white) m-sealed $2.00 "OJH629" (11244)
