2000 graphic base:  The following graphic design began in 2000 along side the passenger plate of the same design and is issued to companies that own large quantities of vehicles, such as rental car companies and utilities.  This design is different in a few ways from the passenger design.  First, the green portions found on the passenger plate (sky and plate number) are instead red.  Also, the plate has a tiny vertically stacked "FLT" down the left side of the plate.  The plate has the same "000-TAA" plate number format (with a "T" prefix) but does not get stickers for expirations.
